As we can tell from the very successful Carrier deal, Donald Trump is a man of his word. One of his campaign promises was to return the tradtional saying “Merry Christmas” back to America, from the ridiculous politically correct Culture who stole it.
On the campaign trail, last September Trump stated: “I love Christmas. I love Christmas. You go to stores, you don’t see the word Christmas. It says happy holidays all over. I say, ‘Where’s Christmas?’ I tell my wife, ‘Don’t go to those stores. I want to see Christmas. I want to see Christmas…… Remember the expression Merry Christmas? You don’t see it anymore! You’re going to see it if I get elected, I can tell you right now.”
YAY! The Christmas season is back, the grinch’s term as president will officially come to an end in January, and the assault on everything related to Christmas will no longer be backed by the President of the United States.
Does anyone else feel like they can let out a big sigh of relief since we no longer have to be so politically correct? It’s stressful having to worry about offending people all the time.
People take life way too seriously, getting offended over anything is just dumb. Take someone who does something wrong for example, when they get called out on it, what is the usual reaction?
To get butt-hurt and offended, when really, everyone makes mistakes and getting feelings hurt solves NOTHING. If there is a real problem, fix it, and move on, simple as that. I for one think this is something liberals need to learn.
